Job summary

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a strategic technology leader to deliver innovative, scalable technology solutions aligning with enterprise architecture standards. You will partner with business leaders and technical experts to drive solution delivery and modernization.

You will lead AI-enabled initiatives, oversee budgeting, and guide teams from concept through implementation in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology Management, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in information systems, solution architecture, and technology delivery.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, systems integration, and technology solution design.
• Experience collaborating with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ITS lead responsible for the successful delivery of business solutions.
• Partner with Strategic Business Partners, Technical Architects, and business stakeholders to define and implement technology solutions.
• Lead the gathering, negotiation, and documentation of business requirements, use cases, and solution designs.
• Assess the impact of business requirements on technology platforms, capabilities, and enterprise systems.
• Develop project scope, effort estimates, schedules, and implementation plans.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions align with Enterprise Architecture (EA) standards and organizational technology strategies.
• Drive re-use, standardization, and scalability to reduce technology complexity and cost.
