CVS Health is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of cloud-native, AI-powered healthcare solutions. You will collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to deliver scalable, production‑ready systems that meet real‑world healthcare needs.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will define solution architectures, oversee end-to-end delivery, mentor architects, and drive modernization across the Healthcare

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles with leadership experience.
• Strong ability to define non-functional requirements and translate them into designs.
• 5+ years of full stack development and cloud platform experience (GCP/AWS).
• 3+ years hands‑on AI/ML or Generative AI technologies and DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and execute end‑to‑end AI enabled strategic solutions aligned with objectives.
• Lead and supervise architectural initiatives within projects or areas.
• Develop architectural designs ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior and senior architects and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
