Job summary

ALSAC, the fundraising arm supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, seeks a senior technology leader to drive strategic solution architecture and delivery in a hybrid work environment in the Memphis area.

You will partner with business leaders, architects and vendors to design scalable, value-driven technology solutions that align with enterprise standards. You will lead AI-enabled initiatives, manage ROI-driven investments, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, IT management or related field.
8–10 years leading information systems, solution architecture and delivery.
Experience guiding large tech initiatives from concept to implementation.
Strong ability to influence executives and stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead ITS for the successful delivery of business solutions.
Partner with SBPs, Technical Architects and stakeholders to define and implement technology solutions.
Gather, negotiate, and document business requirements, use cases, and designs.
Assess impact of requirements on platforms, capabilities and enterprise systems.
Develop project scope, effort estimates, schedules and implementation plans.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
Ensure solutions align with EA standards and organizational technology strategies.
Drive reuse, standardization and scalability to reduce complexity and cost.
