CVS Health is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of cloud-native, AI-powered healthcare solutions. A hands-on technology leader will collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to transform ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Formación

• 10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles.
• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• 5+ years of SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Redis and any relevant database experience.
• 5+ years in cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), microservices, and API design.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git) and Kafka.
• experience in Java, Python, Spring Boot, and front‑end frameworks (Angular/JavaScript).
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional team and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, Define, and execute end‑to‑end AI enabled strategic solutions aligned with project objectives.
• Lead and supervise architectural initiatives within assigned projects or areas.
• Develop architectural designs and solutions, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices
• Mentor and guide junior and senior architects in project‑related tasks and skill development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver effective architectural solutions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and drive alignment with business and development teams.
• Technology Evaluation and Implementation: Assess new technologies and recommend adoption where applicable.
• Architecture and design reviews: Lead architecture design reviews and drive modernization opportunities for the Healthcare Business Unit.
