Job summary

Matillion is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to discover customer requirements, demonstrate how our data automation platform solves challenges, and drive value. You’ll engage with stakeholders, lead trials, and guide customers through adoption and growth while collaborating across sales, product, and engineering.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years with enterprise customers, deep cloud and data tech know-how, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Diagnose technical and business pain, confirming root causes and expected outcomes.
• Lead workshops, trials, or POCs to validate solution fit with business objectives.
• Identify and drive opportunities for upselling and expansion while ensuring value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Discover customer requirements and map them to success metrics.
• Validate solution fit through workshops, trials, and POCs.
• Onboard customers and drive platform adoption and expansion.
• Create technical content and represent Matillion at events and user groups.
• Provide product feedback to engineering and stay updated on data integration trends.
