Senior Solution Architect - Presales (Remote)

We're looking for a senior solution architect candidate with experience in Presales, Data Integration, and MDM, to join our team remotely.

You will report to the Director, Technical Sales.

Technology You'll Use

Presales, Data Integration, and MDM

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Basic knowledge of top 3 cloud ecosystems and top 2 data-related technologies
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing security aspects
• Basic certification on at least 1 cloud ecosystem and 1 data-related cloud technology at the level defined by the business area of focus
• Skills on at least one INFA related software platform/technology
• Storytelling, and experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects specific to use cases
• Ability to engage and create relationships with influencers, coaches, decision makers, and partners
• Basic technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, Data Warehousing, Database, and/or Business Intelligence software concepts and products

What We'd Like to See

• Manage customer engagements independently
• Share best practices, content, and tips within the primary area of responsibility
• Stay current on certifications relevant to the area of responsibility
• Lead activities up to customer demo delivery, including discovery, technical qualification, presentations, demos, and customer communication
• Assist with RFP responses and POCs
• Partner with the CSM team on nurture activities like technical advisory and workshops
• Provide customer feedback on product gaps using Vivun
• Support demos at marketing events without support

Role Essentials

• 8+ years of relevant experience in data integration, MDM, or data governance
• 10+ years of presales/technical sales, industry, or consulting experience
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background preferred
