Senior Solution Architect - Presales (Remote)

We're looking for a senior solution architect with experience in Presales, Data Integration, and MDM to join our team remotely. You will report to the Director, Technical Sales.

Technology You'll Use

Presales, Data Integration, and MDM

Your Role Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of top 3 cloud ecosystems and top 2 data-related technologies.
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing security aspects.
• Basic certification on at least 1 cloud ecosystem and 1 data-related cloud technology at the level defined by the business area of focus.
• Skills on at least one INFA related software platform/technology.
• Storytelling and experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects specific to use cases.
• Ability to engage and create relationships with influencers, coaches, decision makers, and partners.
• Basic technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, Data Warehousing, Database, and/or Business Intelligence concepts and products.

What We'd Like to See

• Manage customer engagements independently.
• Share best practices, content, and tips within the primary area of responsibility.
• Stay current on certification of services required for the area of responsibility.
• Perform activities leading up to customer demos, including discovery, technical qualification/fit, presentations, demos, and communication.
• Assist with RFP responses and POCs.
• Partner with the CSM team on nurture activities like technical advisory and workshops.
• Provide customer feedback on product gaps using Vivun.
• Support demos at marketing events without support.

Role Essentials

• 8+ years of experience in data integration, MDM, or data governance.
• 10+ years of presales/technical sales, industry, or consulting experience.
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background preferred.
