Senior Solution Architect - Presales (Remote)

We're looking for a senior solution architect candidate with experience in Presales, Data Integration, and MDM, to join our team remotely.

You will report to the Director, Technical Sales.

Technology You'll Use

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Have basic knowledge of the top 3 cloud ecosystems and top 2 data-related technologies.
• Understand basic cloud computing security aspects.
• Obtain basic certification in at least 1 cloud ecosystem and 1 data-related cloud technology as defined by the business area.
• Skills on at least one INFA-related software platform/technology.
• Develop storytelling skills and experience in establishing communication and engagement with prospects based on use cases.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with influencers, coaches, decision-makers, and partners.
• Possess basic technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, Data Warehousing, Database, and Business Intelligence concepts and products.

• Stay current with certifications relevant to your role.
• Lead activities leading up to customer demos, including discovery, technical qualification, customer presentations, standard demos, and related communication.
• Assist with RFP responses and POCs.
• Partner with the CSM team on nurture activities like technical advisory and workshops.
• Provide customer feedback on product gaps using Vivun.
• Support demos at marketing events independently.

Role Essentials

• 8+ years of experience in data integration, MDM, or data governance.
• 10+ years of presales/technical sales, industry, or consulting experience.
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
