Job summary

EPM Scientific is seeking a Sr Oncology Consultant (Solid Tumor) for a remote role covering an assigned territory with an emphasis in Brain Tumor disease state. The role requires a strong, analytics-driven sales background and the ability to collaborate across marketing, strategy, and analytics teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in biotech/pharma sales, proven success in oncology, and a track record of managing complex sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Scientific Degree preferred
• 5+ years of strong results-oriented biotech, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or medical device sales experience
• Oncology/Solid Tumor sales experience preferred
• Consistency as a top sales performer
• Experience in complex sales models and regional territory management

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales performance against assigned targets in the territory
• Develops territory account and business plans
• Builds long-term relationships with customers across accounts
• Presents products in a compliant, ethical manner with clear product benefits
• Collaborates across commercial functions to meet customer needs
• Manages costs in line with territory budget guidance
• Maintains knowledge of regulations and SOPs governing activities
• Engages in clinical dialogue with customers using approved resources
• Builds relationships with co-promotion partners and customers
• Prepares robust account plans to guide activity
• Represents the company professionally at meetings and conferences
• Exceeds sales forecasts within budget
• Understands regulatory environment and compliance requirements
• Performs ad hoc projects as needed
• Reports to Regional Sales Director
