Job summary

Servier Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Oncology Consultant to join the San Francisco team, focusing on solid tumors and brain tumor disease states, including pediatric and adult low-grade glioma. You will collaborate across marketing, commercial operations, and analytics to drive growth while maintaining compliant customer engagement.

The role reports to Regional Sales Director, requires 60% travel, and resides in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; scientific degree a plus.
• 5+ years in biotech/pharma, lab, or medical devices sales.
• Oncology/Solid Tumor sales experience preferred.
• Proven top sales performer with a track record of success.
• Experience launching a new product is a plus.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong institutional and territory knowledge; good relationships in territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets in assigned territory and grow revenue.
• Develop territory and account plans; build customer relationships.
• Present Servier brands ethically and effectively to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and co-promotion partners.
• Monitor costs and stay within budget; ensure compliance.
• Travel ~60% and reside in territory; remote work.
