Enel North America, Inc. seeks a Renewable Technician III to perform advanced maintenance, diagnostics, and field execution at utility-scale solar and BESS facilities. You will troubleshoot complex PV, inverters, batteries, SCADA, and related systems, and may lead medium-voltage switching under authorization.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical skills, certified site qualifications, and the ability to work nights, weekends, or on-call as needed. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Associate degree or technical schooling in electrical/electronics/industrial maintenance preferred.
• Advanced troubleshooting across PV, BESS, SCADA, and controls is expected.
• Site qualification QEW3 and switching qualifications required within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on PV and BESS equipment.
• Lead medium-voltage switching and isolation when designated.
• Analyze SCADA/alarm data to diagnose issues and verify repairs.
• Coach junior technicians and coordinate with contractors and OEMs.
• Participate in root cause analysis and reliability initiatives.
• Support on-call rotation and restoration efforts when needed.
