Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in solar or renewable energy.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience engaging with senior decision-makers and managing complex client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned territories and target markets.
• Identify, qualify, and secure high-quality commercial solar and energy storage projects.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
