Job summary

Greenlink Energy Solutions is seeking a Senior Solar Project Engineer to lead engineering quality, constructability, and performance across commercial solar PV projects. This role requires independent judgment and guidance from feasibility through commissioning.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Installation teams, review plans for code compliance, mentor junior engineers, and help shape engineering standards as Greenlink scales its commercial energy platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of solar PV engineering and design experience.
• Experience with commercial/utility-scale solar projects.
• Ability to own engineering decisions across the project lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, BOS components.

Responsibilities

• Lead system design for commercial and complex solar PV projects.
• Evaluate site conditions and interconnection requirements.
• Review engineering plans for accuracy and code compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Installation teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and maintain system records.
