Job summary

Moss & Associates, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead on-site operations from the Fort Lauderdale location. You will coordinate with owners, designers, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.

You will manage contract administration, change orders, and site costs while enforcing safety programs and client relations. This role requires traveling between sites and mentoring a team of PMs and superintendents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Four years of construction industry experience with a general contractor as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager, including: project finance, cash flow analysis, cost tracking, scheduling tools, and leadership of teams.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. and legal authority to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site administrative leader.
• Collaborate with owners, design partners, and subcontractors to ensure quality, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee contract administration, manage subcontract negotiations, track changes, and monitor project costs.
• Enforce safety programs, develop schedules, and maintain client relationships.
• Manage multiple sites and direct reports.
• Participate in preconstruction activities and reviews of design documents.
• Identify key subcontractors and promote partnering sessions.
• Approve bid packages and project schedules, oversee pre-bid conferences.
• Oversee project financials, cash flow, budgets, and revenue projections; manage change orders and bonding/insurance compliance.
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance evaluations of project teams.
• Supervise document control, crisis plans, and approvals; coordinate field operations.
