Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required.
• Four years of GC experience as Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager required.
• Experience with project management finance, cash flow analysis and cost tracking.
• Experience with construction project management software and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site administrative leader.
• Oversee contract administration, subcontracts, change requests, and project costs.
• Enforce safety programs, develop schedules, and maintain client relationships.
• Manage three-to-four job sites and six-to-eight direct reports.
• Coordinate field operations, permits, and inspections; ensure QC and site cleanliness.
