• Familiar with project management software and scheduling tools.
• Mentoring, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Experience working with owners, engineers, and regulators.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, on time and on budget.
• Extensive travel within the U.S.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site administrative leader.
• Collaborate with owners, design partners, and subcontractors to ensure quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Oversee contract administration, manage subcontract negotiations, track change requests, and monitor project costs.
• Enforce safety programs, develop schedules, and maintain client relationships.
• Manage 3–4 job sites simultaneously, overseeing 6–8 direct reports.
• Participate in preconstruction services with design teams.
• Identify key subcontractors and promote partnering sessions.
• Approve bid packages and project schedules; oversee pre-bid conferences.
• Oversee project financials including cash flow, budget tracking, and revenue projections.
• Manage change orders, loss-control measures, and bonding/insurance compliance.
• Oversee staffing, development, and evaluations of project teams.
• Supervise document control (RFIs, reports, CMiC) and crisis management plans.
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractor relationships, and permit inspections.
• Ensure safety and QC compliance, conduct daily site inspections.
