Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in a related field and 8+ years in preconstruction.
• Experience leading design-build preconstruction efforts for large commercial projects.
• Proficiency with takeoff tools and cost estimating.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects' budgets and GMP development.
• Manage design-build preconstruction from concept to contract award.
• Perform quantity surveys and bid tabulations across trades.
• Develop comprehensive qualifications and cost assumptions from bid data.
• Present cost variances and solutions to Owners/A/E teams.
• Focus on risk management and constructability issues.
• Coordinate with Operations, precon staff, and contractors.
