Job summary

Cinterra is seeking a Sr General Foreman to lead day-to-day operations on utility-scale solar projects, coordinating foremen and field crews while ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. The role involves customer engagement, document review, and coordination across trades with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The candidate will oversee underground MV/DC electrical work, manage budgets and forecasts with the Site Manager, and ensure compliance with codes and standards

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• Three+ years construction management and/or electrical experience preferred.
• NFPA 70E Certification preferred.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations (required); OSHA training and certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to travel frequently and work long hours, including weekends.
• Familiar with local codes, AHJ standards, and NEC code.
• Reads and interprets contracts, plans, and specifications.
• Strong time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations for utility-scale solar projects.
• Direct and coordinate work of Foremen and field crews.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
• Engage with customers and manage document approvals.
• Oversee equipment and material handling and reporting.
• Forecast and report progress with Site Manager.
• Support other divisions as needed.
• Maintain project records accurately.
