Job summary

Cinterra is seeking a Foreman to lead site operations on utility-scale solar projects up to 20MW DC. The role requires strong leadership to manage in-house and subcontract crews on site, ensure safety, quality, and project milestones, and maintain communication with customers.

The candidate should have solid construction management and electrical experience, reading plans, and knowledge of AC/DC electrical work. Travel and long hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• Three or more years of construction management and/or electrical experience (preferred).
• NFPA 70E Certification (preferred).
• Familiar with OSHA regulations (required) and OSHA training (preferred).
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and travel full time.
• Familiar with local codes, AHJ standards, and NEC code.
• Able to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate safety as a core value across the project.
• Assist team with budget development and estimating production rates.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities to meet schedule.
• Direct and manage electrical crew activities and cost coding.
• Track daily progress and upcoming events; assist with weekly forecasting.
• Attend customer meetings and ensure customer satisfaction.
