Job summary

NovaSource Power Services is seeking a maintenance technician to monitor and operate solar PV plants at a utility scale in Mount Orab, OH. The role involves SCADA monitoring, testing, and performing maintenance on inverters, transformers, and related electrical systems.

The candidate should have 3+ years in utility solar O&M, familiarity with electrical safety and CMMS, with supervisory experience a plus. High school diploma required; college/technical degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Utility Solar Operations & Maintenance.
• Experience with electrical systems, SCADA and controls operation.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor PV plant operations via SCADA.
• Perform maintenance on PV inverters, modules, transformers and switchgear.
• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components.
• Follow safety, environmental and procedural requirements.
