Job summary

Cb is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the 24/7 operations and reliability of a growing solar portfolio in the United States, including building an efficient control room and coordinating field teams.

You will oversee SCADA systems, real-time response, asset performance, and regulatory compliance while guiding a high-performance team and ensuring safety and reliability across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8–12+ years in power generation operations.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and 24/7 control rooms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations of PV plants, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Build and manage a 24/7 operations center team with defined roles and escalation processes.
• Oversee real-time monitoring, respond to alarms, and coordinate with field teams and maintenance providers.
• Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement; ensure compliance with SLAs and safety standards.
• Interface with asset owners, utilities, and regulatory bodies; report to senior management.
