Job summary

Clean Power Staffing seeks an O&M Manager to oversee the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of multiple utility-scale solar facilities within a designated geographic area.

You will lead and develop a team of O&M technicians and field personnel, coordinate maintenance activities, resources, and schedules across sites, and serve as the escalation point for complex issues while ensuring KPI targets and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in utility-scale solar O&M or related field.
• Experience leading O&M teams across multiple facilities.
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, trackers, inverters, transformers, switchgear, SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of multiple solar facilities.
• Lead and develop O&M technicians and field service personnel.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, resources, and outages across sites.
• Monitor plant performance and KPIs; manage preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and contractual compliance.
