Job summary

Corning Incorporated seeks a seasoned Supply Chain leader to join the Integrated Planning transformation team. You will build global planning capabilities and standards, partnering with Corning’s businesses to drive best-in-class planning practices.

This role oversees design and implementation of planning processes, drives SIOP adoption, and optimizes service, cost, and working capital while developing a high‑performing planning organization with clear growth potential into broader leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in supply chain planning or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; master’s preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Leadership and talent development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of Integrated Planning standards.
• Design, develop, and implement planning standard work processes.
• Partner with businesses to adopt best practices in material, production, and distribution plans.
• Support SIOP implementation globally and translate agreements into plans.
• Define inventory plans, safety stock, and optimize cash flow.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Attract, develop, and retain top supply planning talent.
