Our Solar business delivers industry leading, U.S.-made solar components. Scope of Position:
The Integrated Planning Leader leads planning across the Solar MAP, including polysilicon, wafer, and module businesses within a 0–24 month horizon. This role integrates demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and financial priorities into one aligned plan to support informed decisions and drive operational performance.
This leader partners with Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and enterprise Planning Centers of Excellence to deliver transparent, executable plans that improve service, cost, inventory, and cash performance. The role requires strong business acumen, cross-functional influence, and the ability to lead through complexity in a matrixed, multi-business environment.

The range for this position is$154,680.00-$212,685.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
