Nextpower LLC in Fremont, CA is seeking a Sr. Global Supply Planner to own supplier allocation planning, supply continuity, and supplier performance across key suppliers and product families for solar project execution.

This senior IC role applies advanced planning expertise to demand forecasts, capacity, lead times, and procurement; travels periodically and partners with Sourcing, Engineering, Regional Delivery, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Project Operations to optimize end-to-end visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply planning or related roles.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle), Anaplan, Excel, Power BI.
• Proven supplier performance, OTS, continuity, risk mitigation experience.
• Experience in solar/electronics/semiconductors preferred.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; travel ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier allocation planning to secure supply commitments.
• Manage supply risk and continuity with mitigation plans.
• Drive supplier performance through reviews and corrective actions.
• Standardize supplier-management processes for visibility and execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Project Operations.
• Enhance end-to-end visibility from PO to delivery.
