Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Field Performance Technician in Honolulu to manage and complete service and warranty work on residential solar and storage systems. You will work independently and with the Performance O&M team, interfacing with customers, the Branch Manager, and the central scheduling team.

The role requires 1–3 years in field construction or solar, HS diploma, and PV electrical experience preferred. You will apply NEC knowledge, safety practices, and strong communication to keep projects on

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of field construction or solar experience.
• PV design or PV electrical experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead the warranty and service schedule.
• Coordinate labor resources for service projects with Foreman and Manager.
• Assist with training Field Service Technicians.
• Lead meetings to train local field service team.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Exceed goals for field performance KPIs.
• Assist with inspections and site audits when assigned.
