The role emphasizes organizing warranty/ service, coordinating labor, and training field technicians, while meeting performance KPIs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of field construction or solar experience required
• PV design or PV electrical experience is preferred
• High School diploma is required

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule
• Allocate labor resources for service and warranty projects as needed
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians
• Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices
• Support the onboarding and training of new members of the field performance team
