Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain warranty and service schedule.
• Allocate labor resources for service and warranty projects.
• Assist with training and development of field technicians.
• Lead meetings to align field service team on best practices.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
