Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is hiring Field Performance Technicians in California to manage service and warranty work within the Field Service team. You will interact with customers, the Branch Manager, and the central scheduling team to ensure timely completion, with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires 1–3 years of field construction or solar experience, NEC knowledge, and strong communication skills. A valid driver’s license and regional travel are expected.

• Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain warranty/service schedule.
• Coordinate labor resources with supervisors for service/warranty projects.
• Lead training for Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians.
