Job summary

Sunrun in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a Field Performance Technician to manage and complete service and warranty work. The role partners with the Branch Manager, Foreman, and Field Service Team to allocate labor and ensure quality across projects.

You will train technicians, lead meetings, and support onboarding while striving to meet KPIs and safety standards in a fast-paced solar environment.

Qualifications

• PV design or PV electrical experience preferred.
• Must maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Electrical Journeyman certification or license preferred, may be required by state.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Allocate labor resources to service and warranty projects as needed.
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Regularly exceed field performance KPIs including turnaround time and dispatches.
• Assist with inspections and site audits when assigned.
