Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage service and warranty work across residential solar projects. You will coordinate with foremen, supervisors, and scheduling teams to optimize labor and ensure timely completion of tasks.

The role requires 1–3 years of field construction or solar experience, NEC knowledge, and strong customer service. Valid driver’s license and safety compliance are mandatory for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Collaborate with Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor and Branch Manager to allocate labor resources.
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices.
• Assist with inspections and site audits when assigned.
