OnlyHire.Me is seeking a Senior Project Manager for solar EPC projects in Hawthorne, NJ. The role leads the full life cycle from preconstruction to closeout, overseeing field execution, safety, cost, and schedule to deliver high-performance energy systems.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in commercial solar EPC, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Office 365. Occasional travel to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial solar EPC project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• OSHA 30 required; PMP or NABCEP certifications are a plus.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Proficient with Procore, MS Project, and Office 365.
• Willingness to travel to job sites.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full life cycle of solar EPC projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Lead field execution, manage construction teams, and ensure safety, cost, and schedule.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and manpower plans.
• Coordinate across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes.
• Review pay applications, change orders, and cost tracking.
