Job summary

SunEnergy1 is seeking an EPC Construction Manager to oversee on-site solar PV projects from mobilization to turnover. You will lead field operations, sequencing, and workforce planning to meet schedule milestones while maintaining safety, quality, and cost controls.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in construction management, with 3+ years on utility-scale solar EPC projects, and proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Procore. Willingness to travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in construction management, including 3+ years on utility-scale solar EPC projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, and related CM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through turnover.
• Manage daily field operations, sequencing, and workforce planning to meet milestones.
• Coordinate subcontractors (civil, pile driving, racking, electrical) and material deliveries.
• Maintain safety leadership and ensure QA/QC compliance across sites.
