Job summary

Marctory is seeking a senior solar EPC professional with 10–15 years of total experience in renewable energy projects and a proven track record delivering large-scale solar EPC projects of 80 MW or more. The role requires strong leadership across multiple teams, contractors, and stakeholders, with deep knowledge of civil, electrical, module installation, HT/LT systems, and commissioning.

Travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years total experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy projects.
• Independently handled solar projects 80 MW+.
• Experience managing multiple teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end solar EPC execution (civil, electrical, module installation, HT/LT systems, evacuation, testing, and commissioning).
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
