Job summary

Clēnera, LLC, a Boise-based developer and independent power producer, seeks a Project Manager to lead 2–4 complex construction projects, guiding execution strategy, schedules, budgets, and compliance to deliver on time and within scope.

You will act as the owner representative for delivery performance, coordinating with EPC partners, utilities, and auditors, while upholding safety, quality, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore; ability to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–4 complex construction projects, setting execution strategy and managing schedule/budget risks.
• Serve as owner rep for delivery performance and turnover.
• Maintain integrated schedules with EPC partners and manage change control.
• Procure major materials and align delivery with construction sequencing.
• Ensure safety protocols and QA/QC aligned to contract deliverables.
