Job summary

Clēnera in Boise, Idaho seeks a Project Manager to independently lead 2–4 complex construction projects, setting execution strategy, proactively managing schedule and budget risks, and ensuring compliance to contract requirements. You will serve as the primary owner representative for delivery performance, stakeholder alignment, change control, and successful commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in construction project management.
• Minimum 2 years on utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Procore and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong EPC contract administration and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own execution readiness by validating scope, drawings, specs, and project controls.
• Drive permitting readiness and interconnection status with stakeholders.
• Lead schedule development with EPC and pre-construction teams; identify critical path threats.
• Oversee procurement plans and material delivery scheduling; manage inventory risks.
• Establish safety protocols and QA/QC plans with EPC; ensure compliance.
