Job summary

Clearway Energy Group seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale energy projects from inception through closeout. Based in Scottsdale with possible remote options, you’ll lead engineers, subcontractors, and staff to meet budget and schedule while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You’ll manage complex teams, coordinate design and construction activities, and drive risk analysis, cost forecasting, and stakeholder communication across projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• 4+ years’ experience with Solar Energy, Community Solar or Utility Wind Energy Projects.
• Experience with EPC, CM Consulting Firm, Engineering Firm or Construction Contractor.
• Strong technical and supervisory skills in construction.
• Familiarity with construction and electrical codes.
• Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety and quality goals on assigned projects.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Direct planning, design and construction processes for projects.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and cost lifecycle from inception to closeout.
• Create and monitor schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier kickoff meetings.
