Clēnera, a leading solar and energy storage developer based in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Sr. Operations Specialist to enhance portfolio performance, reliability, and operational readiness across utility-scale assets.

You will own reporting, analytics, warranty programs, inventory governance, and lifecycle optimization. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in renewable energy operations or asset management, with strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy operations, asset management, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain portfolio reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Analyze operational, maintenance, and equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage portfolio-level spare parts and inventory programs.
