Job summary

Clēnera in Boise, Idaho seeks an Assistant Project Manager to manage coordination, documentation, and financial tracking across 2-4 projects, acting as a key extension of the Project Manager.

You will proactively identify risks, drive issue resolution, and support successful project execution and turnover to operations, while collaborating with engineering, legal, and permitting teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of large-scale construction project management experience, solar/energy storage preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office; ability to learn company-specific tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction support by reviewing designs and coordinating with engineering, legal and permitting teams.
• Actively manage procurement tracking, submittals, schedules, spare parts, and long-lead items.
• Monitor construction progress, identify delays or risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Own admin for RFIs, submittals, change orders, and EPC deliverables.
