Job summary

Clēnera in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Project Manager to independently lead 2–4 complex construction projects, setting execution strategy, proactively managing schedule and budget risks, and driving cross-functional accountability to meet contractual and compliance requirements.

You will serve as the primary owner representative for delivery performance, stakeholder alignment, change control, and successful commissioning and turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction PM experience with utility-scale renewables.
• Experience delivering large multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget.
• Procore proficiency and strong MS Office skills.
• Strong contract administration and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–4 complex construction projects, setting execution strategy and managing schedule and budget risks.
• Serve as primary owner representative for delivery performance, change control, and commissioning.
• Drive permitting, interconnection readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee procurement planning and logistics to align with construction sequencing.
• Ensure safety protocols and QA/QC programs are implemented and followed.
