Job summary

Clēnera, a leading energy developer and independent power producer based in Boise, Idaho, is seeking an HV Project Manager to lead all high-voltage, protection & controls, SCADA/communications, testing and commissioning activities for utility-scale solar and storage projects.

You will own cost, schedule, scope, quality, and risk for HV builds from pre-functional checks through energization and turnover to Operations, coordinating with utilities, EPCs and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, electrical engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in HV construction project management.
• Minimum of 2 years in utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Strong understanding of schedule and cost controls, including critical path analysis and EV/EAC forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HV and site-wide commissioning planning and control.
• Drive weekly schedule reviews, recovery planning, and critical path management.
• Manage HV cost forecasting, EAC/EVA updates, change orders, and contingency management.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with utilities, AHJs, lenders’ engineers, and EPCs.
• Mentor project team and drive lessons learned for process improvement.
