Job summary

Clēnera, LLC, based in Boise, Idaho, seeks an HV & Commissioning Project Manager to lead high-voltage, protection/controls, SCADA, testing and commissioning for utility-scale solar and energy storage assets. You’ll own cost, schedule, scope, quality, and risk from pre-functional checks to energization and turnover.

You will interface with utilities, Owner’s engineers, EPCs, and vendors while ensuring safety, compliance, reliability, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or electrical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HV construction and commissioning project management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience on utility-scale renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HV and site-wide commissioning project planning and control.
• Drive weekly schedule reviews and critical path management.
• Lead HV cost management, EAC/EVA updates, and change order pricing validation.
• Draft and negotiate change orders with schedule/cost impact analyses.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution for design, permitting, interconnection, and QA/QC.
