Qualifications

• Experience directing multiple concurrent construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with project management software.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead execution of a portfolio of utility-scale solar projects.
• Provide strategic oversight on contracting, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
• Lead and develop the team using PBM frameworks.
• Drive safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
• Support budget development and financial performance.
• Ensure transparent updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and propose improvements.
