Job summary

Koch Engineering Solutions, via its DEPCOM Power subsidiary, seeks a Director of Construction to lead the Project Delivery portfolio of utility-scale solar projects. The role is remote within the United States with 50% travel to project sites and DEPCOM offices as needed.

Ideal candidate will have strong construction management experience, leadership and stakeholder communication skills, and a track record of delivering large-scale energy projects safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Construction experience leading teams
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Outlook/Excel)
• Proficient with project management software
• Strong financial acumen with budget development and cost control
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead the execution of a portfolio of utility-scale solar projects, ensuring safety, schedule, cost and quality commitments.
• Provide strategic oversight on contracting strategy, subcontractor and self-perform execution models, schedule risk management and mitigation of critical path constraints.
