Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end field execution across utility-scale solar projects in the Southwest. You will develop Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical teams, drive safe, high-quality work, and ensure projects meet schedule and budget while coordinating with subcontractors and regulators.

This site-based role in El Paso, TX involves rotation travel every 3-4 weeks and a compensation range of $150,000–$170,000 depending on

Qualifications

• Experience leading field execution on large-scale industrial or renewable energy projects.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors across civil, mechanical and electrical scopes.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements on active sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• Coordinate with onsite Safety, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure delivery on safety, schedule and cost.
• Develop and retain high-performing Superintendent teams and drive accountability for results.
• Own project performance and environmental compliance through disciplined planning and risk management.
• Conduct weekly site risk assessments and manage Change Order Requests and invoices.
• Ensure environmental permits, SWPPP, erosion control, and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Manage subcontractor costs and contract terms to align with budget.
• Communicate transparently to maintain owner confidence and reliable execution.
