Job summary

DEPCOM Power is seeking a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end field execution on utility-scale solar and energy storage projects, building Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical teams to deliver safe, high-quality results.

You will coordinate with Safety, Quality, and Logistics teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining strong client relationships. Travel to site rotations occur every 3–4 weeks.

Qualifications

• Construction management experience on large-scale industrial or renewable energy projects.
• Experience leading superintendents and managing subcontractors across multiple scopes.
• Experience managing change orders, risk and opportunity assessments, and invoice reviews.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and contract requirements.
• Working knowledge of construction safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines on complex utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.
• Partner with onsite Safety, Quality, and Logistics teams to align field execution and resolve issues quickly.
• Build, develop, and retain high-performing Superintendent teams and drive accountability.
• Own project performance—safety, schedule, quality, cost, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct weekly site risk assessments and maintain the Risk & Opportunity log.
• Lead environmental compliance including SWPPP, permits, erosion control, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive subcontractor performance and uphold safety and environmental standards.
• Review Change Orders for contractual basis, pricing, and approved invoices.
• Anticipate constructability and coordination challenges and resolve them proactively.
• Maintain owner confidence through transparent communication and reliable delivery against commitments.
