Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines on utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.

You will develop and guide high-performing teams, maintain safety and regulatory compliance, and manage cost and schedule to deliver projects on time. Qualifications

• Construction management experience on large-scale projects with field execution responsibility.
• Experience leading superintendents and managing subcontractors across scopes while controlling safety, schedule, cost.
• Experience handling change orders, risk assessments, and invoice approvals.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and contract requirements with short-interval planning.
• Knowledge of construction safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance on active sites.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines on complex utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.
• Partner with Safety, Quality, and Logistics teams to align field execution and resolve issues quickly.
• Build and retain high-performing Superintendent teams with clear expectations and accountability.
• Own project performance in safety, schedule, quality, cost, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct weekly site risk assessments and manage the Risk & Opportunity log with teams.
• Lead environmental compliance including SWPPP, permits, erosion control, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive subcontractor performance and ensure safety and environmental standards are met.
• Review Change Orders, assess contractual basis and pricing, and approve invoices.
• Anticipate and resolve constructability, logistics, and coordination challenges.
• Maintain owner confidence through transparent communication and reliable delivery.
