Job summary

Boeing seeks a Learning Program Manager / Customer Instructional Designer to design, develop, and run comprehensive software training for customers. You will partner across software, operations, and business units to address learning needs and drive continuous improvement, supporting training around Boeing software products.

This role is based in Englewood, CO or Seattle, WA and requires leading the full learning lifecycle from strategy to rollout and evaluation to align with goals and quality

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and delivering learning programs in technical/software environments.
• 10+ years analyzing training needs and measuring program impact.
• 10+ years leading end-to-end training program deliveries.
• Experience collaborating with internal leadership and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of high-impact software training programs.
• Develop strategies to improve training effectiveness and ROI.
• Work with software, operations and support teams to close knowledge gaps.
• Create compliant, high-quality training content with SMEs.
• Communicate goals and progress to leadership with clear reporting.
• Establish standardized training processes and needs assessment.
• Manage webinars to enhance the customer learning experience.
