Qualifications

• 10+ years of total work experience in software testing/QA
• Must have strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python
• Experience with both manual and automated testing and SDLC
• Proficient in test case/script creation and execution
• Experience with CI/CD and version control tools
• Experience in testing web applications, APIs, and services
• Strong knowledge of test automation and performance testing tools
• Experience with risk-based/exploratory testing and UAT

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and procedures to ensure information systems meet end-user requirements
• Write test cases/scripts and identify data for scenarios
• Conduct walkthroughs with stakeholders and testing leads
• Lead tests of IT systems to ensure defect-free operation
• Document and communicate test results and issues to management
• Support analysis of results and resolution of open issues
• Create daily test metrics and reporting
• Provide technical solutions to complex problems and guide junior testers
• Mentor and guide team members on testing practices
