Syms Strategic Group, LLC (SSG) is seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer for a remote US-based role supporting VA projects. The position requires strong programming skills, hands-on testing across multiple languages, and a Public Trust (MBI) clearance.

You will craft test plans, lead execution, and report results in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and test automation tools is essential.

• Strong programming skills in C#, Java or Python.
• Proven track record on complex software projects with high quality deliverables.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Proficient with Agile/Scrum and SDLC understanding.
• Ability to write and execute test cases, scripts, and plans.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and procedures to meet requirements.

• Write test cases/scripts and select data for scenarios.
• Lead walkthroughs with Test Managers and Leads.
